Celeste Sexton was born and raised in Athens, Ohio. After graduating from Ohio University with a BFA in Theater Performance, Celeste moved to the Big Apple to fulfill her dreams of being an intern, a babysitter, then a hairstylist. (Just kidding; that was never her dream but tiny NYC apartments don’t come cheap!)
Celeste wasn’t born independently wealthy like others. Her parents did not invent rug swatches or anything like that. Despite never being a rug heiress, Celeste still aspires to play that role on TV, exemplifying her positivity and adaptability. If you can believe it you can achieve it!
Celeste is determined and dedicated to the things and the people she loves. Some of those things include acting, comedy writing, producing, and collaborating with a team, illustrated in her acting career.

Member of the comedy group “The Understudies” for 6 years, writing, producing and acting in monthly shows at the Peoples Improv Theater.
Featured actor and writer in “Bragging RIghts”, a monthly sketch comedy show at the Asylum Theater NYC.
